    How can I avoid my pregnancy heartburn?

    My advise to minimize heartburn is to start taking yoghurt on a daily basis. 500mls in total: 250mls after breakfast, and 250mls before bedtime. There are lots of brands out there including flavored. Your problem is too much acid entering your gut. Take it with a dessert spoon but slowly. Avoid oranges, bacon, and cut down on bread and cakes. Hope you will find relief from discomfort.
